Chapel-en-le-Frith - Castleton - Peaks Loop

This is a "Big" Ride, over 3,000ft of climbing and huge contrast between the long tarmac roads, smooth gravel sections and the long, steep & rough, tech sections over the Mam Tor area. Some of the best/classic/challenging riding the Peaks has to offer.
Thanks to @Ianj for this "not recommended"…

Eyam - Horseshoe & Darlton Quarry - Cucklet Delph

Horseshoe Quarry is very popular with climbers, there are many rappel anchor rings fixed into the rockface. There are four disused quarries in the vacinity including the now famous "Darlton Quarry" where Mission Impossible 7 was filmed. Also the small cave "Cucklet Delph" which was used as a church during…

Calver Weir Loop 🦞🐤

This section of the River Derwent above Calver Mill & it's Weir is exceptionally picturesque with good access to some beautiful little scenic spots on the River.
There are Crayfish in there, easy to hunt in the shallow & rocky parts.

Tupton Hall - Chesterfield - Linacre North Classic

Making the most of a cooler but sunny window between heavy rainstorms, perfect timing. The last chance to enjoy the Classic Linacre North loop until the Autumn as the aggressive undergrowth mounts this year's attack.

Creswell Crags

Part of the Welbeck Estate, home to the Dukes of Portland, the pond was formed about 150yrs ago when the Millwood Brook was Dammed. Beautiful little spot, the many caves are fenced-off, BUT it seems there are organised trips to go down into some of them.
