A lovely evening bike ride down by the Trent and over the new Waterside bridge and on into Colwick park, looping around the lakes. Beautiful. The new bridge makes getting to Colwick park and beyond so much more enjoyable 😊👍

Farewell To The Flying Scotsman 🚂🚴😊
Beautiful early evening bike ride. Stopped to see the Flying Scotsman steam train as it pulled away from Rushcliffe Halt station. This was it's last journey here in Nottinghamshire before moves on to its next venue... Had a lovely chat with a fellow cyclists as we watched the Scotsman trundle…

Lovely morning bike ride out in the Nottinghamshire wolds... Managed the 3 "camel humps" hills on Bradmore Lane, heading towards Plumtree. Phew! 😅
Later down on the Grantham canal, a gorgeous family of swans - bliss.

Nice morning bike ride out to Sutton Bennington - where I encountered a noisy Partridge - obviously annoyed at something! Also "joined" a pelaton for 0.8 seconds as they whizzed past me! 😁 🚴🚴🚴🚴🚴🚴

Lovely morning bike ride out on the roads, looping round to Barton in Fabis, where a Stoat bounded across the lane right in front of me! I then returning along the great gravel/single track trail along the grove to Clifton village.

Lovely late afternoon ride. The trail from outside Ruddington down into Plumtree is a nice bit of off road... Although it got very narrow in a couple of places! Nice to see some baby ducklings bobbing about in the Grantham canal later into the ride. 🥰
