Nasty crash because of a Porsche turbo startling me.I then got blinded by the low sun and crashed.T**t didn't stop.Destroyed my helmet but I seem to be ok.
Staying with family as I couldn't deal with 6 1/2 hrs wait in A & E.I see seem to be ok.

I worked & lived in Shahhai from 2003-2007, so your walk brings back so many happy memories. The Peace Hotel on the Bund had a very famous jazz band, who were very old then.

B is for Bassetlaw hospital.
Biking into low sun at 8.30, a Porsche overtakes me, fires his turbo at the side of me I became disorientated and ended up in a heap in the opposite lane.I smashed my helmet.
I seem to be ok but am staying with family tonight.
