Afternoon ride in hunt for some Squadrats. The first part was a bliss despite some steep climbs (Cromford, Bonsal, Matlock, Riber) followed by a blistering headwind on the way back home which made the ride a pretty gruelling experience 🥵. Peaks Divide 2026 Reliability Ride

Along the River Dane
Be prepared for a few bike lifts as some of the route is a footpath/bridleway and requires you to move your bike over fence/gate. Other than that there are some pretty gnarly sections so you’re gonna have to dismount and push your bike. Overall it’s truly unforgettable route for those…

Castle Naze ATB Conquering
Some pretty challenging ride it was. Few hike-a-bike miles so not for faint hearted but you’ve been warned. The scramble on the Castle Naze summit is absolutely worth it. If you persevere you’ll be rewarded with magnificent views over Combs & Chapel en le Frith.

Whaley Bridge Squardats Explore
Plenty of loose gravel. Some of type 2 fun. Still great ride despite the fact I had to cut it short. Too much, too soon I guess. Oh well, next time I’ll chose my ATB bike 💪
