Winstanley to Ring o Bells via Beacon,Newburgh, Hoscar, return down the Leeds Liverpool Canal
Lovely ride through the West Lancs Countryside and return down the canal. The canal is best avoided at the weekend when the tow path is very busy with walkers.

Lochan Fada, out and back from Kinlocewe
This route could be continued to make a round trip around Slioch by continuing along the shore line of Lochan Fada ( fairly trackless) crossing the outflow of the Lochan at the top of Gleann Bianasiail and down to the shore of Loch Maree and back to Kinlochewe

Shieldaig to the Torridon Hotel via the old coast road
A short shake down ride after an 8 hour journey up from Lancashire. Nice single track riding sticking as close to the coast as possible with a minimum of road riding as possible.
