After a great breakfast, I set off. Down again to the Main to follow it to Miltenberg. Typical river cycle path, I personally always find it a bit boring despite the beautiful landscape here. I briefly crossed the tourist town to then dive into the beautiful Odenwald. Amorbach is also always beautiful

Today, we went from the village of Wermutshausen first across the lonely countryside to then dive into the tourist hustle and bustle at Rothenburg ob der Tauber. The little town is uniquely beautiful with its walkable city wall. I didn't linger too long, as I still had a bit more to do.

Today spontaneously followed my nose in sultry warm weather and it resulted in a nice round again.
Lots of forest and great views and descents made it quite pleasant.

First into the Angelbachtal to Rotenberg to get honey. Continue with cooling wind at 31 degrees to Eschelbach. At Eiscafe Adria there was a delicious refreshment.
Continue over the wonderful Kraichgau hills and through the forest to Oberhof and Schatthausen, via Leimen we went home again.

A fine round from Bierhelderhof across the lush meadows where the Angus cattle graze.
Over the Ehrenfriedhof to the Sprunghöhe and on to the Rhododentren facility near the Blockhaus in the Heidelberg city forest.
What a blossom splendor 😊 and great view of the city.
We went back via the Blockhausweg.
