Run - Home to Netherlee Circular
Really good first 10/12km. Last 5km was dead. Hit the wall hard around 12km so last 5km took about an hour of walking/attempted jogging. Lovely route overall and a tonne of ascent and descent which takes its toll. Good way to spend a Sunday.
