From Sennen to St. Ives
Avoid Tinners way about half way though this route. Its is not accessible for anyone but advanced mountain bikers.
I have a touring bike with large panniers and got myself Into a spot of bother.

penzance to lands end
Some great sea views but section from Treen village is a downhill, very narrow bridleway with large boulders. Not suitable for a bike with panniers.
