Quiet ride on paved roads. Beautiful countryside. Pub at Aldworth has won plenty of awards. A bit of old england. Food is mainly sandwiches but at reasonable price. Always good ales on offer. After the pub the next 5 miles is mainly freewheel. Whizz along and see Britain at its best

Drink at Alice Isle. Other lovely looking pubs en route. Starting and finishing at Bickton. A couple of miles of gravel tracks to keep you awake . A,decent hybrid or mountain bike is fine
