A very long tour with very different parts and requirements.
First, march 6 km into the Gaistal.
Then it gently ascends to the Niederen Munde and continues up the wide W-ridge. Suddenly it becomes narrow, exposed and old wires show the way. Then a via ferrata with about 100 m descent (with stirrups) begins

A really nice alpine hike. However, not for newly in love couples who still have a lot to tell and present. Because the stream is usually so loud that nothing can be understood.
The lakes along the way are really warm. The view of the Kalkkögel is, as always, brilliant.
A real pleasure tour.
And a super great barefoot tour.
