The top end of anglezark reservoir is closed until July 2025....if the reservoir is low you can walk along the 'beach' or jump over some walls...

Gorgeous walk, when we did it on 25 may 2023 one of the paths was closed (walk 6 on the maps) and the castle was closed. There are still lovely routes up and down and it's well worth a visit.

Lovely peaceful church, well worth the walk through the shady woodland on a beautiful sunny day
