Baslow
A great ride with some very nice views. I reached Baslow village, picked up some snacks from the local co-op and head off to find a quite location to stop and eat them.

Delamere
A much easier ride today. Only one hill and not steep . Thankfully the weather did not hinder my progress. But after yesterday my speed was down.

Dagfields
Another hot day. Maybe too hot. Dave, an old cycling friend joined me for a ride to Dagfields. On the way home we rode over Davenport Park Lane which is a bit of gravel and crosses the River Dane.

Ashover
A very hot day for once. I felt strong for most of the ride, that is until I reach the summit of Pym Chair. But I had a flap Jack in my bag for such circumstances . After eating and free wheeling down hill I felt good again.

Awesome riding in this heat , use salt tablets to keep cramp away
