Hiking
Woodfin Falls isn't the biggest cascade you will ever see, but it is a neat waterfall just off the Mountains-to-Sea Trail next to the Blue Ridge Parkway. There is actually an overlook from the parkway road if you don't want to do a full-on hike; this viewpoint is located at Woodfin Cascades Overlook (Milepost 446.7).
